After a reasonably severe bike accident, I needed physio for my shoulder as I had a plate re-aligning my clavicle. Caleb & Naomi were both knowledgeable and skilled at getting me back to full use with minimum discomfort. With a focus on what movement I needed to get back to do the things I wanted to do, they came up with a programme that has be back to 100% much sooner than I thought. Going to Six Physio in Kensington was unquestionably the best thing I did for my health in 2012 and am continuing with this year. Came in with an acute back condition I was told by the consultant surgeon would require surgery if it persisted. Since that time thanks to Six Physio have managed not just to recover but progress sufficiently to start running again by following a tailor made program based around intensive rehab exercise and pilates sessions. Every staff member is super knowledgeable, always patient and very friendly and makes sure you're getting what you want out of every session so you don't loose your motivation. Couldn't have wished for more or better results and know for sure I wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't for the genuine support of the whole team there including front desk staff. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I went to Six in High St. Kensington after extensive hip surgery in November. In a relatively short space of time, I'm back on the football pitch, good as new and in better shape than before! The positive and friendly staff at Six made me feel extremely welcome and reassured that I'd get back to my best. Not only am I free from pain, I now have a greater understanding of how my body works and how I can avoid re-injuring myself thanks to their expert knowledge. After four sleepless nights and the trauma of being unsuccessfully treated at another clinic, I contacted Six Physio with severe neck pain caused by inflamed joints and muscles in a spasm. The immediately applied manual therapy did wonders and only after one visit the pain was reduced to a bearable level so that I was able to sleep again and go back to work a few days later. The causes of the condition were also established and an exercise plan created in order to reduce the chance of future incidents. I can only recommend the Six Physio experience!
