We all run, some do it better than others.

Whether you do it like Forrest but not like the bloke in Run Fat Boy Run, more and more of us are starting to run.

Jogging is on the up and each year the boys and girls from SIX run on average a staggering 22,000 miles.

We know (unfortunately) how to get injured, but best of all how to get better and stop it from happening again.

Lots of words could describe what we do and we could go on about shin splints and ITB problems till we're blue in the face. But we won’t!

1. Run Faster? Then our Running Coach is the man for you.

2. Running with an Injury? Get in to see one of our Physios with a special interest in running. They will assess your injury, scrutinize your biomechanics and see how that relates to your running. We have a fleet-footed team of manual and rehab Physios who are mad keen on running and want to help you out.

3. Avoid Injury? Simply want to avoid injury or picking up any nagging niggles? Then book in to see one of our Running Gurus. They are the Physios in a few of our locations who offer a one hour running assessment to take a closer look at your biomechanics, provide you with wise counsel on injury prevention and suggest any other key areas worthy of consideration. You'll go home with a bespoke exercise programme to ensure you’re running smoother than ever.
