2 days…be careful, don’t lean on the bar

In the Pub:

“Play the long ball…” Repetitive forward bending, such as leaning on the bar for long periods of time, is a common cause of lower back pain. Take your pre-tournament training seriously and strengthen your back muscles beforehand by lying on your stomach and lifting yourself into a semi-push up position, pulling your shoulder blades back and let your hips and lower back relax. Repeat 10 times.

“Footwork!” Watching those professionals is tiring work, especially on your feet and back so make sure you wear comfortable footwear before heading down to the pub. Your feet are the foundations of your body and if they aren’t supported properly it can affect how your body is aligned and cause strain on your back.3
