When you've been in South Africa for 8 weeks: sun shining, playing golf on the Ladies Sunshine Tour, it must be hard to come back to rainy cold England!
But Hermione has probably played too much golf and not had the best physio in Johannesburg, so it's back to Harley Street to see if Jeremy & Ailish can work their magic….
