Working background
Jane has a long history of working in rehab and Pilates to help people reach their goals. (Whether is is scaling a rock face or walking to the post office, recovering post surgery or sitting pain free at a desk). Her time at M&S gave her an interest in neck pain, back pain and work related disorders. She also completed further training in acupuncture, ergonomics and Pilates.
Through her years as a machine based Clinical Pilates instructor she also has vast knowledge of working with pre/post natal patients and those with osteoporosis.
