Hi Guru,
I’ve been having a lot of trouble with my glutes which are really
tight and my lower back has never been great. I’m back running and my right
calf now pulls after three runs or so without fail. I’m off to travel South
America in a month and would love to run while travelling and also do hiking
without fearing something in my body will go. I know it’s a bit of a crystal
ball but is it possible to fix me within the time frame before I jet off?
