Hi
When I get up in the morning and put weight on my feet the hurt ,I hobble for about 30secs. I’m fine after that – can I do anything to prevent this?

…you hobble because it’s painful, because you’ve run the day before or just because….
I’m sure there is lots you can do, but as a Guru I can’t second guess….More info please!
