I usually suffer from headaches but the one i’m having today is draining the life out of me. its kind of a mild headache but i feel terrible pain at the back of my necks , where the skull and spine join. Is this a migraine?

Could well be – but saying that probably 70% of migraines are cervicogenic….related to what your neck does.

Without knowing what makes you better or worse, or what the triggers are or if you have any photophobia I’d have a really good blast at exercises to help your neck. You’ll either feel some improvement for free with zero side effects or you won’t, but you won’t be any worse off.
