After twisting his knee the Guru recommends Nick continues to ice & elevate

Hi Guru,

I was playing football and I twisted my knee. This morning it’s swollen and painful, but I can walk on it. Ive put ice on it and kept it elavated.

What would you reccomend?

Hang out and keep the same mantra you’re doing at the moment  – if there’s no change in 48 hours get back to me with where you feel that pain, what makes it worse or better etc.
