Andy asked The Guru for the following Physiotherapy Advice:
what can you do for a soar knee and back of the thigh. It becomes really still when I run even though I stretch and warm up / down?

I’ll need a little more information to give you some advice. Where in the knee, when and for how long. Did it come on after something? Does it swell? Does it happen with the thigh pain, or is it 2 different things….
Any information is good information and much better than guessing.
