But can't tell you this week's lottery numbers!

About a month ago, I woke up with huge cramp in the left side of my neck which restricted my movement for a few days – it’s eased over the last couple of weeks but there’s still a lot of tension and the right side of my neck cramped up yesterday. Is there anything you could recommend for this?
Thanks very much
The Guru Responded:
Hi Rhiannon – sure.
Symptoms come and go, jot from side to side and change intensity – but the cause of them stays exactly the same.
This is where you need to focus your attention and I’d dive straight into the really simple stuff like getting your thoracic spine to move better to take the obvious excessive load off of your neck.

I’m conflicted: whilst I don’t like visiting a physio (because of an injury), I love visiting Six Physio
