Natarraj suffers from Anklylosing Spondilitis

Mr.Guru,
I’ve got Anklylosing Spondilitis due to which I have stiff neck. For a month or so my right side from the base of my skull through the right hand pain. I feel like a nerve pain. Can you guide me.

As you’ve got AS, before anyone suggests anything I think it’d well worth your while getting some recent imagining of your neck.
