Abi has an MSc in Physiotherapy from St Mary’s University, she is also a qualified Pilates instructor, soft tissue therapist and holds an MSc in sports rehabilitation. Abi has worked primarily in private practice in London. She holds a special interest in sports injuries as well as acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Abi likes to help people understand their condition, reduce pain, and get them moving more efficiently. Her background allows her to incorporate strength and conditioning, Pilates and manual therapy to guide people back to full fitness. Abi is a big believer in listening to patients and putting them at the heart of a treatment plan that sets them up for long-term success.
