University College Dublin
Started off in the Mid-Western Regional Hospital in Ireland, then in private practices in London, Melbourne and Sydney, and finished up at Six Physio
Whilst doing a rotation in the maternity wing of the MWRH shortly after graduating I started training in Pilates, which then lead me to move to London for further training. From then I have only worked in places, around the world, where I can teach pilates and incorporate it into my rehab work.
I have also worked at many running events over the years providing tips on how to prep for events and how to look after your body well in the process. Running lots and doing triathlons myself helps with giving advice. The same goes for golf as I have been playing since I was a teenager and got down to a handicap of 13, which since becoming a fair weather golfer in more recent years, I only occasionally play to!
Getting a hole in one on a par 3, but it was actually a recovery shot after losing my first ball so was only a par in the end
