With a keen interest in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and functional rehabilitation, she began working in Private Practice and trained as a Pilates Instructor, before relocating to London in 2010. She completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Manual Therapy from the University of Curtin in Perth, Australia.
As a fully certified Stott Pilates Instructor (Mat and Equipment), she integrates her Pilates expertise into her treatment approach.
She believes that the cause of the majority of pain presentations is multifactorial and a tailored, holistic assessment of each patient is vital in identifying the key issues and formulating a treatment plan. As a health enthusiast with interest in the fitness world, she has written feature articles for several health publications.
