Having worked as a senior Women’s Health physio at both Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and St Georges Hospital in London, she moved to Six Physio in 2010 to set up and run their Women’s Health service. She now heads up our hugely successful team of Women’s Health and Men’s Health physios, based across our Clinics and is passionate about helping her patients resolve their problems and return to a full, active lifestyle.
She has completed a Masters-level Post-graduate Certificate in Women’s Health physiotherapy (with distinction), is a qualified acupuncturist and Pilates instructor and is an antenatal teacher on ‘The Bump Class’ and has contributed to their antenatal advice book. She is a full member of the Association of Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapists (POGP) and having been responsible for coordinating their nationwide program of Women’s Health physio training courses, she now sits on their National Conference Organising Committee. In 2016 she was awarded the Ann Bird Award for her professionalism and excellence in educational development and for her contribution to Women’s Health physiotherapy and the POGP.
