Qualified from:

University of South Australia

Past employment:

PhysioXtra in Adelaide, South Australia, alongside WorkXtra & Xtra HomeCare

Working background:

I completed my physiotherapy degree in Australia in 2016, and went straight to work in a private practice treating a range of musculoskeletal injuries as well as taking group Pilates classes. I was also training at the time as a professional netballer with the Adelaide Thunderbirds, while being able to treat other professional netballers in that elite training environment. This allowed me to treat ACL injuries and other common sporting issues. I love working with athletes of all levels, getting them back to their desired sport and working collectively towards their goals.

After moving to the UK in 2018, and continuing my career as a professional netballer with the Sirens based in Glasgow, I was able to assist treatment with the athletes involved with the Scottish Institute of Sport. I became captain after my first season there, and I love being involved in team first cultures.

Your almost most-outstanding achievement:

Was captain of the Strathclyde Sirens in the Vitality Netball Super League
