Cardiac Rehabilitation Physio

Working background:

Science and sports have always been great passions of mine so I feel deeply lucky to have been able to make a career out of combining the two through physio.

On the sports front I have competed for GB at a junior level in sailing whilst also enjoying athletics which led me to volunteer at the Olympics 2012, a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I’ll never forget. More recently, I was a pitch-side physiotherapist with the title-winning Saracens Women’s Rugby team, working with a number of international players.

After graduating I worked with a cardiac rehabilitation team in Ireland before moving on to working at Vita Health in London, where I worked with a variety of patients from chronic back pain to sporting injuries.

I am very excited to join Six Physio to further pursue my interest in manual therapy and sports rehabilitation. In my spare time, you will either find me skiing, running or travelling the world.

Your almost most-outstanding achievement:

Almost won our university lacrosse league but missed out as a result of having to play our title challenger with their coach as an umpire, on a horrifically muddy pitch, leading to me snapping my ACL... you can tell i'm not bitter about it!

What would you cook if I came round for dinner?

Beef Wellington

Where should we go on holiday?

Anywhere you can ski!

If you could take one thing into space, what would it be:

Ice Cream Maker

What’s the one thing you haven’t confessed to your parents?
