Jane Todman

Jane actually graduated many moons ago from The Middlesex Hospital in central London. She thought it was a weekend away when her parents put her on the train to Liverpool Street but was delighted some years later to finally qualify. Jane decided that Physiotherapy at London teaching hospitals was right at the cutting edge and following a few years there made the transition into private practice cutting her cloth at a variety of GP clinics, gyms, and private hospitals.

In the halcyon days of greatness Jane ended up as lead physio for Marks and Spencer providing in-house physio and work area assessment for staff. She gained experience in successfully treating everything and everybody from the CEO to the shop floor assistant, whether they had complex back pain or were recovering post surgery she got them back marathon training, javelin throwing or just sitting comfortably at their desks. It was at this time she was introduced to the benefits of Pilates for rehab. She also kept up her skills by qualifying in the use of acupuncture, undertaking further qualification in ergonomics and last year completing her pilates instructor training with the APPI.

Following a career break to have her kids Jane returned to work as a physio in a private hospital treating patients during post surgical recovery. Jane has now joined the already fantastic team at Parsons Green where she is working in Rehab and Pilates. One of the Six things you don’t know about Jane……….. During her years with M&S Jane never had to pay for her undies!!!
