Women's Health Physio
Pilates Physio
Leeds Beckett University
NHS 5 years, Private practice 18 months
Karina started her physio career in the NHS and, after spending 5 years working in musculoskeletal there, decided she needed a bit of adventure and went off travelling. On her return she worked in private practice for a year in Berkshire (in between more travelling), before starting at Six Physio in April 2016.
She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, rehabilitating clients towards their goals. Karina is also part of the wonderful women’s health team, treating ante and post-natal women for musculoskeletal conditions and all women for pelvic floor related problems. She gained her APPI Pilates qualification in 2010 (and her ante and post natal APPI qualification in 2014) has been teaching clinical Pilates since- both mat work and machine based.
Swimming with manta rays in Fiji, they finished migrating 2 hours before, so I just missed them!
