NHS 5 years, Private practice 18 months
After 5 years working in musculoskeletal and amputees in the NHS, Karina decided she needed a bit of adventure and went off travelling. On her return she worked in private practice for a year in Berkshire, finally settling in London with Six Physio.
She gained her APPI Pilates qualification in 2010 and has been teaching clinical Pilates since- both mat work and machine based. She believes Pilates is a vital tool in returning patients to full fitness.
Swimming with manta rays in Fiji, they finished migrating 2 hours before, so I just missed them!

Botswana to see the animals at the Okavango Delta
