Working background:

I have worked in the private industry in London for the last 7 years, working as both a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor. I love working with people who have acute injuries or bio-mechanical problems where they are struggling to understand where it started from and how they can help it. In the past I have worked at marathons and on pitch side and I have a particular interest in running and gait assessments. I am also a qualified ergonomic desk assessor which is surprising how much of an impact that can have on rehabbing someone from any injury.

I have completed training in Women’s Health as I feel it brings a whole new dimension to Physiotherapy. I want to increase the awareness of women’s health physiotherapy to help women achieve small or big goals in an area they may not have realized we treat.

I am very active in my everyday lifestyle and exercise regularly including cycling, running, gym goer, skier and love to bring my own knowledge of my sports into my treatment.
