Private Practice roles in NZ and Australia
After graduating Leonie spent four years working in Christchurch, NZ with a Rugby club as an on-field/ off-field sports Physio.
As she was living in Christchurch when they experienced the 2010/11 devastating Earthquakes she decided to make the move to Brisbane, Australia and continued to work in private practice simultaneously gaining experience in dry needling, women’s health, coccyx injury, Pilates and group exercise classes. Then the time came to explore more of the world and increase her experiences in the Physiotherapy sector so she made the leap and moved to England.
Professionally Leonie has a keen interest in neck and shoulder rehabilitation and all things sport and gym related. She is also our vestibular physiotherapist in the city treating patients with dizziness and balance issues.
Leonie is a perfectionist and passionate about improving her patients overall wellbeing with a holistic approach.
