Lexi grew up in Vancouver Canada and has worked as a Registered Massage Therapist since 2012. Initially, she started at a private clinic but in 2015 she established her own independent practice while attending her undergraduate studies in Health Sciences. During that time, she volunteered at an elderly care home where she helped run the rehabilitation classes as well as other interactive activities such as gardening, games, and music therapy. Lexi also spent her time managing, organizing, handling large amounts of DNA/protein/bacteria samples at Virgin Biotech. In 2021/22 during her MSc Physiotherapy degree, she volunteered doing sports massage for the Wasps women rugby team.

These experiences taught her to engage in “active listening” with patients, and to collaborate with them in creating their treatment plans. Lexi learned what it takes to build solid relationships between patient and health care provider: awareness, building trust, and the insightful identification of beliefs, values, priorities, needs, and goals.

Lexi is committed, hardworking, and reliable with a positive attitude to challenges and opportunities. She takes ownership of her tasks and is willing to go the extra mile to deliver and exceed expectations where possible.

Your almost most-outstanding achievement:

Playing the viola at Miss Romania competition in front of thousands which was also internationally televised. I won both Miss Popularity and Miss Romania.

What would you cook if I came round for dinner?

You would somehow end up cooking for me...
