I have worked in many an environment, from rural where splints were fashioned from sticks to sports private practice and a few bits and bobs in-between.
I am lucky to have worked for many events in the past including mountain bike races, Comrades Ulta-Marathons, World Transplant games & Underwater Hockey World Champs to name a few.
Some of my favourite years were spent doing Rugby, Hockey and Soft ball pitch side for varying levels, which is what made working at the Rugby World Cup 2015 such a highlight (even if it was a volunteer role!).
