I have over 10 years’ experience working as a physiotherapist. After Graduating I spent 3 months volunteering in Nepal and then moved to Australia where I had the opportunity to develop skills rotating in acute and chronic settings in large public private hospitals. Since then I have worked in private outpatient clinics where I have become experienced in treating musculoskeletal pathologies and rehabilitating Clients towards their goal, whether it be to get back to football games on Sunday or to participate in the Olympics!
I love facilitating people to a full recovery so they can do what they love to do, it is highly rewarding. I am a certified clinical Pilates instructor with the APPI and enjoy regularly teaching Pilates for Six. I also have a special interest in running.
