Andrew Seary Sports injury and physiotherapy clinic
After qualifying Neil spent 5 years working for the NHS in Cardiff. Here he specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a special interest in lower limb rehab. Neil is also trained in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) as he spent a number of years working with patients with chronic pain. This has given him skills in pain education and aiding the joint decision making needed for treatment of all patients.
Additionally he worked in a sports injury clinic which had a particular focus on running and cycling injuries. Here he gained the ethos to fit the rehab around their running schedule and only prevent them continuing to run as a last resort. He has continued this love of running by taking on Running Assessments at Six Physio Leadenhall. Sport has always been a keen focus for Neil inside and outside of work spending 2 seasons working with Llandaff rugby club covering both the rehab and pitch side duties.
