Bonne Sante Physiotherapy, Val D’Isere Physiotherapist, managing clients with acute and chronic ski injuries and gaining experience in sports injuries. Before that I worked at St Thomas’s Hospital completing Band 6 rotations. Prior to this I was at Southampton General Hospital for my band 5 rotations.
The NHS enabled me to gain experience in acute respiratory, neurology, trauma and orthopaedics, elderly care, intensive care both adult and paediatrics. This has enabled me to treat a range of conditions and build a fantastic foundation for my musculoskeletal, assessment and treatment.
I have further qualifications in sports massage and Pilates APPI. I have always been interested in sports physiotherapy & worked at a number of half iron man and running events massaging. I am passionate about helping clients on and off the slopes, getting fit to ski and recovery post injury, come see me at Chelsea for our fit to ski Pilates. I am particularly interested in knee injuries and rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction.
In my spare time, I help pitch side for my Hockey team Barnes Ladies. I am also involved with Southampton Football Academy. I love cycling and have completed the London Prudential for 3 years in a row, given sports massage and Physio advice for GOSH at the Olympic velodrome & continue to compete in Triathlons.
