Private Practice in Lincolnshire
I completed my core rotations in musculoskeletal, orthopaedics and respiratory within the NHS before gaining a senior role within musculoskeletal outpatients. I also worked within a private physiotherapy and sports injury clinic treating people from the recreational Sunday-league footballer to the elite-level gymnast. Having hung up my boots after a string of injuries, you would occasionally find me helping out as a physio at my local rugby club.
4 years of NHS work, interspersed with part-time private physiotherapy, left me with itchy feet and a desire to transition fully into private practice. A short period later I made the move down to London, and Six!
I thought I'd won the County 400m, until I cramped up and fell over with 20 metres to go! Went home with nothing but a red face and swollen knee.
I'm a big fan of honest cooking; so perhaps a Morroccan-inspired Lamb and Chickpea Tagine.
Vietnam is next on my list, preferably by motorbike.
My Golden Labrador, we're pretty tight.
Mum, I don't like the way you make a cup of tea.
