While completing my certification with STOTT Pilates at YMCA One KX, I founded Eat. Sleep. Pilates. through which I’ve arranged pop-up Pilates charity fundraisers with various partners for Action Against Hunger. I’m passionate about building and sharing my knowledge, so have undertaken additional training including courses for Injuries and Special Populations and hyper-mobility to develop specific and tailored Pilates programmes for my clients.
