I am a competitive horse rider and having started riding 5 days a week my body is feeling the stress.
I have a tilted pelvis which i really want to correct and I know i need to strengthen my core…
I’m not sure whether physio would help me but I’d like to try! and try to see if pilates helps my riding also.
Please can I book an appt and enquire about prices?

Having a tilted pelvis is totally normal and pretty uncorrectable (unless you want to endure hours of misery for the rest of your days!).
It possibly may mean that you are better at some things and not so good at others – and certainly riding 5 days a week from a standing start will need endurance, stability and strength regardless of your pelvis!!
Physio/Pilates is a great place to start and I’m sure we could get you on your way and her you to where you need to be.
