Ongoing shoulder pain

February 4, 2020

Hey I’ve had left shoulder pain for more than 6 months now. It began after a gym session of dumbbells.

Initially I thought is was just muscle pain due to exercise so I continued to workout for some days. After that I stopped when the pain was unbearable. I’ve had medications and I also went for physiotherapy but there is no relief in the pain. The x-ray was normal.

The pain worsens with a limited movement also and if I lift something.

The Guru needs more information in order to advise:

The pain is more on the front side and just above the shoulder.

Great – thanks.

It sounds like an impingement – and these do really well with rehab exercises.

Try doing some of these Top Exercises for Shoulder Pain a few times a day for the next week to 10 days and see how you feel.
