“I’ve been seeing Lucy Burrows, a bladder and bowel specialist, virtually (until I’m back in London) and have had an excellent experience all-round. I didn’t know Six Physio even covered bladder and bowel care until a friend put me in touch and I’ve already learned so much and improved my routines and overall care. I’m also trying exercises that will hopefully help with recovery that I didn’t know existed. A really incredible service – thanks you, Lucy!” Joe 24.11.22
“I had a course of men’s health physio sessions with James following prostate surgery. He’s been excellent and really helped in my recovery.” Andrew 28.02.22
“I was very impressed with my friendly, clear and expert assessment by Jenny Constable. I’ve been around the houses with a pelvic floor issue and Jenny was the first clinician who really listened to me and understood my experience. I now feel positive about my condition, thanks to working with an experienced specialist. Wish I’d come in sooner!” Jon 03.10.20
“The results have been a revelation. There is no other way of putting it. As of the last couple of months I have no more four or three times a night peeing regime – twice is a bad night and once is the standard. This has transformed my nights and therefore also improved my days! I do my floor exercises regularly – they are simple and not onerous and take little time.”

Yes. The pelvic floor must be strong and elastic in men too. After the initial assessment and the history taking, your physiotherapist will understand the cause of your sexual dysfunction and prescribe specific pelvic floor exercises and relaxation/breathing techniques.
