University of Otago, NZ
Alex worked in private practice in New Zealand and Australia between 2004-2009 before moving to London and Six Physio in 2010. During this time he has provided physio to a variety of rugby, basketball, cricket and AFL teams. Alex also played a season of Irish semi-pro rugby in 2007.
These experiences have given him a strong background in strength and conditioning, alongside treating the everyday walking wounded. He has a special interest in hip/groin injuries, as well as shoulder and spinal conditions.
